Do you cringe at your age, or do you love where you’re at?


Truth be told, when I hit my mid 30's, I cringed. With so many myths & truths to aging, I was so not looking ​forward to it. Reality is, it will be slightly different for you then for me, but one thing is for sure. IT. IS. COMING!


Mindset was truly always part of the game changer for me, learning that what you & I make of where we are, is ​EVERYTHING! (for the most part). Because let me tell you, what I didn't know... giiiiirl! It shook me to my core.


What was it? The anxiety, the exhaustion, the overwhelming, overstimulating sense of the world weighing ​down on us! Does this resonate with you? Oooof... if you’re shaking your head, I 1000% get it!


So what helps? Do you “get over it”? Psssht... Girl, I have been DIGG-ING! Here’s the thing, its ALWAYS a work ​in progress. We are imperfect so we will forever struggle BUUUUUT there are things we can do to ease into it!

hormones, baby!

Feeling sluggish? Fatigued? (like needing to sleep 12+ hours to feel normal), not quite the ​same as far as the libido is concerned? (IYKYK) or extremely irritable (like you’re so ​overwhelmed and the slightest noise ticks you off?). I get it, thats exactly where I have ​been in the last few years of my life. The reality is, it takes a super in-tune-with-themselves ​person to even know that something is off. With myself it started off with a Vitamin D ​deficiency that lead to many a thoughts of harm (which i haven’t felt since a teen if I’m ​honest). In time I realized that my libido was off, and my irritability went up from zero to ​1000 in less than 2 minutes, as a mother to a 4 yo & 11 yo we can agree thats not a good ​thing right? I mean it’s not a good thing EVER! I got some help along the way but I thought, ​how could I help YOU, my person(s). So, lets have fun and play 2 truths & a lie, Hormone’s in ​your late 30's addition 🤣
